I am a service oriented leader both in my home and in my work. Being a proud mom of 3 boys has kept me on my toes, keeps me in shape and has made me a lover of all things football related. I have lived in the southern most part of our country in McAllen, Texas for the last 17 years and have loved every minute of my immersion into the culture and community that is vibrant with love, support and amazing food. My boys attend public school and are active volunteers in our community. We are fierce supporters of our public school system, our teachers and school leaders. Although my boys roll their eyes at me, I continue to try to get them to talk about their feelings and mental health on a daily basis and channel my energy into ensuring all kids have access to mental health professionals and holistic systems of care to help them achieve their dreams.
